Patrick, Shannon and Emma's PhotoBlog
Patrick Sullivan, Shannon Sullivan, and their daughter, Emma, of Atlanta, GA have created this little 'Blog to allow us to share our lives, news, photos and thoughts with our family and friends. We hope you enjoy this little introspection!
Thanksgiving Day 2006 @ Arizona Avenue
Well, Thanksgiving 2006, the big day is here. For the first time, Shannon and Patrick are hosting family and friends for the big meal, the big games on TV and . . . and, where in the world are we going to sit 25 people?!?! Oh well, in goes the turkey . . .

It goes without saying that there is NO WAY that Patrick stuck his fingers, hands, arms or whatever into the bird. That whole process just seems like it was not fun, but who knows?

More of the aforementioned bird-gutting. Frannie, you're the best.

Yep, speaking of Patrick, he looks quite comfortable (and clean) sitting on the sofa watching football.
Good help is, indeed, hard to find.

Frannie and Shannon worked hard all day to get the bird and the fixin's ready for the big crowd to come.

Sarah Ramsey and her boyfriend, Keith Haas, stopped by for a bit before the rest of the crowd arrived. It was great to meet Keith for the first time.

Nice time to mingle outside before the big meal. I can't tell you how great the weather was for a late November day. It was just over 70 degrees and everyone could just hang outside.

Nice picture of Becky on a pretty day outside.

Patrick and Shannon getting ready to cut the turkey. All told, the carving turned out okay, a little messy and only one instance where the bird actually almost fell onto the floor. Not too bad . . .
The first cut is the deepest . . .
Shannon taking a few cuts at the bird as well . . .
Enjoying a beautiful day outside on the deck. Thanksgiving in 65 degree sunshine was a total blessing, since we had no idea where/how we would have fit everyone in the house! At this table is Patrick's Aunt Ann Daniel, sitting with James Hutchins and Gabe Fedota.
Off in the living room, Teri, Amanda and Charlie join Becky for some turkey.
